There is no end to the ways you can help HHWR as a volunteer, and every role is vital to saving lives. We are always in need of volunteers to help with:
- Onsite animal care (Dunrobin location)
- Grounds keeping & property maintenance (Dunrobin location)
- Fostering orphans (specific requirements apply)
- Rescue and transportation of animals
- Cottontail rabbit nest checking / monitoring
- Building and maintaining pre-release enclosures
- Nesting box fabrication
- Using your creative skills on our Fundraising & Social Media team
- Collecting and distributing donations
- Collecting empty alcohol containers to return for deposit refunds
- Bookkeeping
- Offering your property as a release site

Donate your car
Donate a Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for Holly's Haven Wildlife Rescue. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Holly's Haven Wildlife Rescue through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for Holly's Haven Wildlife Rescue to benefit. After your vehicle donation is complete, you will receive a tax receipt and we will put your gift to good use. Please click here to donate a vehicle.
